KNC-303 Small Type High Precision CNC Horizontal Hole Machine
This is a specific-purpose “horizontal hole machine” manufactured based on super small CNC lathe ( KNC-201 series ).
It has servo index table installed and can process chamfer/hole/ridged tap ( stopping tap ) with rotary tool axes ( up to 3 ). This machine shows its most excellent performance on processing narrow horizontal holes.

KMC-403 Small Type High Precision CNC Vertical Hole Machine
This is a specific-purpose “vertical hole machine” manufactured based on super small CNC lathe ( KNC-201 series ).

KNC-500TTL Compact Precision CNC Lathe with 2 Spindles, 2 Tool Rests and 2 Two Axes NC Loaders
This is a specific-purpose “Compact Precision CNC Lathe with 2 Spindles, 2 Tool Rests and 2 Two Axes NC Loaders” manufactured based on compact CNC lathe ( KNC-30 series ).
As an outline of the machine, there are 2 two-axes gang lathes laid out side by side on the front side, each one has an NC loader. Thus 1 machine can process double processing work. The advantage of this machine is space efficiency and cost down.

You can use this machine for both sides process specification as follows.

MSB-100 Compact Precision Multiple Thread Screw Cutting Machine
Adopted built in motor for mail spindle motor.
Succeeded to have stable rotation by contouring control and can carry out multiple thread screw cutting by synchronizing with main spindle on cutter axis.

KNC-100 Compact Precision CNC Lathe with Sub-spindle, Back Side Processing Sub-slide and Two-Axes NC Loader Specification
Work piece is supplied by two-axes NC loader. Sub-spindle is installed on the tool rest and feed and receive work piece by synchronizing rotation of main and sub main-spindle. Tool is set on the sub-slide which is installed in front of main main-spindle to process the sub-spindle side ( back side ). Work piece is dropped on conveyer inside of the machine and discharged out of the machine by pitch feed. Back side can be processed with keeping high precision of the gang lathe’s advantage.
KNC-20F Gang Lathe, Turret Tool Rest, and Parts Feeder Work piece Supply Specification
Facility of turret is added to the precision conscious gang lathe.
Two processes of “rough process by turret and final finishing process by gang lathe” are combined in one machine. This specification can be installed on our gang lathe.
KNC-100FR Bar Feederless ( material of bar feeder without using bar feeder ) Specification
With conventional common sense, processing of thick and long materials need a combination of “bar feeder and expensive machine with thick main spindle piercing diameter”. On the other hand, the process generates noise and vibration since the bar feeder swings around thick and long material and this results in giving a bad influence to the precision of the processing. Large floor space for the bar feeder was also required. This machine solves these problems.
Supply cut pipe-shaped material by automatic supply mechanism process discharge by parts catcher. As this machine cuts the material round ( cross ), multiple processes can be done with one material. Process of thick material which could not do be done with conventional machines can be realized with keeping a super precision of gang lathe.
